What lease options do you offer?

We offer short-term leases on a daily, weekly and monthly basis and long-term leases of one-year or more.

What services and benefits are included in the short-term rentals?

We include cable TV, internet, telephone service with free local calls, electricity, housekeeping service twice a week and bathroom amenities. In addition, our tenants can enjoy the benefits of the Royal Card, the loyalty program of Bern Hotels and Resorts, entitling them to special discounts in our hotels. www.bernhotelspanama.com

Are the same services and benefits included for long-term rentals?

No, long-term rentals of one year or more do not include any public services. The tenant would have to obtain the services of electricity, telephone, cable TV and any other services. We now have an additional option of long term rental with the turn-key service, please inquiry about this service and respective fees.

What type of condos do you have?

We have furnished one-bedroom condos from 88 sq. meters to 138 sq. meters (947 sq. feet to 1,087 sq. feet), lofts of 120 sq. meters (1,292 sq. feet) and three-bedroom condos 240 sq. meters ( 2,580 sq. feet ) available.

What is included in a furnished apartment?

We offer a turn-key product. Units are fully furnished and include fully equipped kitchens with refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster oven, blender, washer/dryer and water heater. All units have air conditioning, working desk, safety deposit boxes, hairdryers, TV, DVD/CD player, radio alarm clock, telephones and come with linens and towels.

What is meant by a serviced condo or loft?

We provide housekeeping service. For short-term leases it is included twice per week and for long-term leases we can organize housekeeping services for an additional fee.

Do you have limitations on number of people allowed per apartment ?

For one-bedroom units and lofts we allow a maximum of two adults and up to two children. For two-bedroom units we allow a maximum of four adults. Sofa beds and extra beds are available for an additional fee.

What are the additional charges when having extra people in the apartment?

There is a cost of $ 15.00 per additional person, per night

Do we have to pay a deposit?

Yes, we collect a deposit relative to the length of your rental period. For example, if you rent for one week your deposit would be equal to one week's rental fee or if you rent for one month then the deposit would be equal to one month´s rental fee.

Reservations ?

What information do you require for a reservation/rental contract?

We require the personal identification and/or passport of the tenant and a credit card. In the event the contract is in the name of a company we would need the corresponding documentation and payment approval.
